THE VIRGINIA CHEESE BOX (Available Nov 16-21,2020)

• Three cheeses: One cow milk cheese, one goat milk cheese and one sheep milk

• Each cheese is made by a different Virginia artisan cheesemaker (Goat = Clover Top Creamery, Sheep = 20 Paces Farm and Cheesery and Cow = Ballerino Creamery)

Pickup / Delivery: November 16 - 21 in Staunton and Richmond, VA

Cost: $39 plus tax.

BALLERINO CHEESE BOX (Available Dec 11-14, 2020)

• One wedge of Starfall, raw milk, extra aged Havarti

• One log of Pot Cheese rolled in Aleppo Pepper seasoning

• One generous brick of Can-Do, bloomy rinded cheese with pressed fern decoration

• One tub of Kefir Cream, velvety probiotic cheese spread

• One round of Fromage Fort, our funky cheese spread made with organic butter and sherry

• Burnt sugar pecans

• Plus descriptions, serving suggestions and more

Pickup / Delivery: Monday, Dec 16th, 4 - 6 p.m.
